Retiring or dying politicians; Living ones too - Yarmuth

I seem to remember that when a politician dies or retires, they sometimes have a big war chest of $ left over.

Recently, a african american lady from IN died in office. Anne Northrup got beat and may have some money laying around somewhere too and a desire to help the community out.

Have you ever met with Anne or with John Yarmuth. Lindsay said Northrup was very helpful getting funding legislation included for immigrant programs....does Yarmuth or his staff know anything about NH?
